Job summary

PayTech Nexus Ltd in Doha seeks a Project Manager – Governmental Entity to lead end-to-end programs for public payment initiatives in Qatar. You will collaborate with government agencies, financial institutions, and technology partners to turn strategy into scalable delivery and outcomes.

The role requires strong PM experience in the public sector, excellent English communication, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PM and public-sector engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Administration, CS, IT, or related field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects with government entities.
• Build relationships with senior government stakeholders and coordinate across internal functions, government entities, financial institutions, technology partners, and other ecosystem participants.
• Drive initiatives that support modernization of government payments, including digital acceptance, revenue collection, disbursements, government spending, and citizen payment experiences.
• Establish strong project governance, proactively identify dependencies and risks, resolve issues, and ensure clear accountability in the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable value against agreed objectives, using data and stakeholder feedback to identify optimization opportunities.
