Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Psychology is required.
• 6–10 years of HR experience with at least 6 years in progressively managerial roles.
• Experience in national development and talent management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support national development programs through training, coaching and mentoring.
• Deliver induction programs for new joiners and leaders, and design work placements.
• Monitor and develop national talent through succession planning and career reviews.
• Develop training plans to enhance managerial and technical capabilities.
