Job summary

Qatar Airways in Doha is seeking a Training Procurement Specialist to facilitate internal and external training programmes in line with the Training Plan, manage contracts and purchase orders, and monitor cost performance for training initiatives.

You will coordinate logistics for external courses, assist in content design, and deliver sessions using adult-learning approaches, collaborating with HR and business units to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of training programmes in accordance with Training Plan.
• Liaise with international and local training providers and manage contracts/POs.
• Monitor and report cost performance of training initiatives.
• Deliver internal training programmes for HIA employees and co-design training content.
• Coordinate external course scheduling and logistics including nominations, prerequisites, enrolment, and communications.
• Process invoices and ensure compliance with Training Bond Policy.
• Capture data and measure outcomes from training events to evaluate impact.
• Assist in designing training materials and eLearning content.
• Provide on-the-job training related to HR/learning systems to ensure knowledge transfer.
