This full-time role involves 24x7 support, troubleshooting across legacy and live environments, and participating in network migrations. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in IP/MPLS networks, proficiency in routing protocols like OSPF and BGP, and hands-on skills with major platforms. Onsite support may be required, providing exposure to significant projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IP/MPLS network environments.
• Strong foundation in routing protocols and MPLS technologies.
• Hands-on experience with multi-vendor network platforms.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 24x7 operations support and on-call rotations.
• Monitor network health and respond to incidents via NMS tools.
• Support migration activities, including configuration and validation.
