Job summary

Power International Holding seeks a Group Business Development Director - MENA to identify, originate and secure major infrastructure investments across the Middle East, Africa and beyond. The role leads deal sourcing and builds partnerships with governments, asset owners and co‑investors.

You will drive revenue through direct origination, support opportunity assessment, diligence, transaction structuring and closing with the investment deal team. International travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure investment, project development, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of originating and closing major infrastructure deals.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead deal origination across MENA, Africa and emerging markets with a robust pipeline.
• Manage government relations and engage with asset owners, operators and co-investors.
• Oversee commercial negotiations, diligence coordination and closing processes.
