Job summary

Power International Holding is seeking an experienced Group Investment Director to lead the evaluation, execution, and management of investment opportunities across diverse sectors and geographies.

The role requires a strong background in Private Equity, Principal Investments, Infrastructure Investing, or Investment Banking, with proven experience leading transactions and engaging with senior stakeholders. Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in Private Equity, Principal Investments, Infrastructure Investing, Investment Banking, or Corporate Development.
• Proven track record of leading investment transactions from origination through execution and portfolio management.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance expertise.
• Experience in due diligence and managing complex transactions.
• Knowledge of M&A, capital structuring, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across sectors and geographies.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, and investment modeling.
• Oversee due diligence across commercial, financial, legal, and operational areas.
• Structure and execute transactions, including acquisitions, investments, divestments, and partnerships.
• Prepare investment memorandums and recommendations for senior management and investment committees.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with management teams, investors, lenders, advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Support development and execution of the overall investment strategy.
• Mentor and guide junior investment professionals.
