AS Edutech Hr Consultant is seeking a dedicated Insurance Claims Coordinator in Qatar to manage approvals, claims submissions, and follow-ups with insurance providers. The role requires thorough knowledge of coverage details, documentation, and regulatory compliance within healthcare facilities.

The candidate will verify patient coverage, explain benefits and co-payments, and liaise with doctors, reception, and billing teams to ensure accurate records and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Experience with health/medical insurance in Qatar.
• Experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of approvals, claims submission, and pre-authorization procedures.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Verify patients insurance coverage and explain benefits, co-payments, and required documentation.


• Prepare, submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims.


• Resolve claim rejections, denials, and payment discrepancies with insurance providers.


• Maintain accurate patient insurance records and ensure documentation is complete.


• Liaise with doctors, reception staff, billing teams, and insurance representatives.


• Stay informed about insurance policies, clinic procedures, and relevant healthcare regulations in Qatar.

Preferred candidate profile

Need Third-Party Administrator ( TPA )

• Previous experience working with health or medical insurance companies in Qatar.


• Experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting is preferred.


• Good knowledge of insurance approvals, claims submission, and pre-authorization procedures.


• Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.


• Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple cases.
