B2C Solutions WLL in Doha is seeking a dedicated medical claims processor to review pre-approvals and authorize or reject requests based on policy terms and patient history. You will apply CPT/ICD/DRG coding knowledge to ensure compliant decisions while managing complex cases, including high-cost approvals and international referrals.

Formación

• Valid OID with Secondment.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in medical claims processing or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Process medical claims pre-approvals and review decisions based on policy terms and medical history.
• Apply knowledge of insurance policies, medical codes (CPT/ICD/DRG) to ensure compliant decisions.
• Manage patient cases including high-cost approvals, international referrals, and hospital admissions.
• Provide stellar customer service via phone and email to clarify insurance matters.
• Maintain confidential health records in line with GDPR.
• Work with the team to meet KPIs and Turnaround Time targets.

Responsibilities

Process Medical Claims Pre-Approvals Accurately review approve or reject medical claims and pre-authorization requests based on policy terms and medical history Ensure Compliance Accuracy Apply your knowledge of insurance policies medical codes CPT ICD DRG and regulations to ensure all decisions are compliant and precise Manage Patient Cases Handle a variety of cases including high-cost approvals international patient referrals and hospital admissions while focusing on cost containment Provide Stellar Customer Service Interact directly with members clients and healthcare providers via phone and email to clarify insurance matters and resolve queries Maintain Confidential Records Meticulously manage and update electronic health records ensuring all data is handled in strict confidence and in line with GDPR Achieve Key Targets Work within a team to deliver on departmental Key Performance Indicators KPIs and Turnaround Time TAT goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

Valid OID with SecondmentA Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related field is preferred.Male candidates only1-3 years of relevant experience in medical claims processing, pre-approvals, or a similar role.Preferred Nationality :Lebanese, Syrian, Jordanian, Palestinian, Tunisian ,Yemeni , Algerian , Moroccan.Strong knowledge of medical terminology, insurance policy interpretation, and medical coding.Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
