AS Edutech Hr Consultant in Doha, Qatar seeks an Insurance Coordinator to manage approvals, claims, and pre-authorizations. You will verify coverage, liaise with doctors and billing teams, and ensure documentation accuracy while staying informed on policies and local healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with health/medical insurance in Qatar.
• Experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance approvals, claims submission, and pre-authorization procedures.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with medical insurance companies for approvals, eligibility checks, claims and pre-authorizations
• Verify patients insurance coverage and explain benefits, co-payments and required documentation
• Prepare, submit, track and follow up on insurance claims

Previous experience working with health or medical insurance companies in Qatar. Experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting is preferred. Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage. Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple cases.
