Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business.
• 7 years in HR operations, employee relations, or HR risk management.
• Experience in employee relations (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of workplace policies and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; discretion and professionalism.
