Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an HR Risk and Employee Relations CoE Manager for a 12-14 month assignment in the Middle East. You will shape ER and risk frameworks, develop policies, and lead critical investigations while partnering with senior leadership and legal teams.

You will collaborate with HR services to deliver proactive risk mitigation, improve employee experience, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business.
• 7 years of professional experience in HR operations, employee relations, or HR risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead ER investigations and manage high-impact employee relations initiatives.
• Act as trusted advisor to HR services, business leaders, and employees on workplace matters.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and HR to address risks and improve processes.
• Develop and update HR policies related to employee relations and risk management.
• Provide training resources and templates to enhance HR Services capabilities.
