Job summary

QatarEnergy LNG is seeking a procurement professional to assist in tendering, execution, and administration of material agreements, ensuring compliance and optimal cost opportunities. The role supports ITT processes, contract awards, and delivery tracking to meet end-user requirements.

Responsibilities include expediting, supplier alignment, spend analysis, and continuous improvement of procurement processes to mitigate risk and sustain corporate controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil and gas procurement with emphasis on material agreements.
• Ability to analyse spend, demand patterns and supplier performance.
• Knowledge of tendering processes, ITTs and contract award procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tendering, execution, and administration of material agreements.
• Ensure contract compliance and corporate controls are in place.
• Support procurement activities from ITT to contract award and delivery.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and adherence to contract terms.
