Job summary

QatarEnergy LNG is seeking a procurement specialist to develop and finalize spot purchases, ensuring TOFA compliance and timely material availability. You will track POs from PR to goods receipt and provide performance reports to senior managers.

The role emphasizes expediting vendors, maintaining PO datasets, and supporting process improvements across PR, PO, and GR workflows in a demanding oil & gas environment in Doha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years’ direct oil & gas procurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize complex Spot POs upon PRs, ensuring TOFA compliance.
• Track POs through GR and align with end-user material availability.
• Prepare reports for managers on delivery status, delays, and corrective actions.
• Support PR-to-PO-to-GR process reviews to improve service level.
• Ensure adherence to purchasing processes, RFQ guidelines, and TOFA requirements.
