Job summary

• Communicate with potential owners by telephone to set up preview package tours.
• Explain details and requirements for attending a sales presentation to potential owners.
• Verify eligibility for preview package tours before scheduling a tour.
• Determine and provide complimentary gifts for guest patronage where appropriate.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, and coaching employees; be a role model.
