The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen the resort’s brand positioning, increase awareness, drive revenue, and support occupancy and guest engagement objectives. The role will oversee digital marketing, social media, campaigns, partnerships, content, public relations, and promotional activities while ensuring all marketing initiatives are aligned with the resort’s luxury positioning and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and action plan in line with business objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities to increase brand awareness and revenue.
- Manage the marketing calendar, campaigns, promotions, and activations.
- Monitor competitors and provide recommendations to maintain a strong market position.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Lead the resort’s digital marketing strategy across social media, search, email, website, and other relevant channels.
- Develop engaging content that showcases the resort’s accommodation, dining, wellness, leisure, and events offerings.
- Manage social media calendars, campaigns, influencers, and community engagement.
- Monitor digital performance and optimize campaigns based on analytics and ROI.
Brand & Communications
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards across all marketing channels and guest touchpoints.
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Coordinate public relations activities, media relations, press releases, and media visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant media, influencers, tourism organizations, and strategic partners.
Campaigns & Partnerships
- Plan and execute seasonal, tactical, and promotional campaigns to drive bookings and revenue.
- Develop strategic partnerships with travel companies, lifestyle brands, corporate organizations, influencers, and other relevant partners.
- Coordinate joint marketing initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness.
Events & Promotions
- Support the planning and promotion of resort events, special occasions, activations, and entertainment programs.
- Develop campaigns to maximize attendance, guest engagement, and revenue.
- Coordinate with operational departments to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Track campaign performance, lead generation, engagement, bookings, and return on investment.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommendations for management.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue, Operations, Food & Beverage, Events, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.
- Manage and coordinate external agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and other marketing suppliers.
- Support and mentor marketing team members to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably within hotels, resorts or luxury hotels.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong knowledge of social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and digital analytics.
- Experience working with media, influencers, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of hospitality marketing and customer acquisition.
