Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts, Banana Island Resort Doha, is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to oversee engineering tasks for marine and land-based assets. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements to ensure safe, efficient operations across resort facilities.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in the field, good English communication, and strong technical skills, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a luxury hospitality

Responsibilities

• Maintain and updates marine vehicles record system of the resort.
• Supervises all repairs and maintenance of all systems and related equipment in a water base vehicle.
• Attends to repair and maintenance of land based vehicle when requested.
• Records all service & repair done for boats, vehicles and equipment & keeps log of spare parts used.
• Attends to repair and maintenance of power house generators if requested.
• Carry out Preventive Maintenance program.
• Advices improvements to the present system to optimize operating efficiency and economy.
• Ensure execution of Preventive Maintenance programs.
• Ensures implementation of ANANTARA policies, standards and procedures in relation to Engineering.
• Assist in the daily scheduling & weekly forecasting of all marine maintenance work.
