Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara is seeking a versatile Multi Technician to maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building systems across the property.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, safety, and timely response to guest area requests, with tasks ranging from basic repairs to preventive maintenance and coordination with the engineering team.

Qualifications

• Must have a technical qualification or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and plumbing systems.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Experience in a multi-technician, maintenance, engineering, or similar role preferred.
• Experience in hotel, resort, or commercial property is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting across the property.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to the established schedule.
• Attend to maintenance requests promptly, especially in guest areas.
• Carry out basic electrical repairs: lighting, switches, sockets, fixtures.
• Carry out basic plumbing repairs: leaks, taps, toilets, pipes.
• Perform basic HVAC inspections and maintenance.
• Undertake minor carpentry, painting, tiling, and general repairs.
• Report defects and coordinate with supervisor for fixes.
