Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to oversee marine and land-based vehicle systems. You will supervise repairs, maintain records, and ensure preventive maintenance programs are carried out to optimize reliability and safety.

The role requires 2–5 years in a similar field, good English communication, strong technical skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. Collaboration with the engineering team and other departments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and updates marine vehicles record system of the resort.
• Supervises repairs and maintenance of water-based vehicles and related equipment.
• Attends to repair and maintenance of land-based vehicles when requested.
• Records service and repair work and logs spare parts usage.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and assist with budgets and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering staff and other departments to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Attend shift duties, training sessions and morning briefings as required.
