Job summary

Vistas Global in Doha is seeking a Manager – Marketing, Social Media & Employee Engagement to boost visibility and internal engagement across Business Services. You’ll drive branding, digital marketing, social media strategy and employer branding while collaborating with Business Development and HR.

The role requires deep experience in marketing with a focus on analytics, content creation and stakeholder management, plus the ability to run multiple campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, social media, employer branding or employee engagement.
• Experience managing digital and social media platforms and content calendars.
• Experience planning employee engagement programs, events and internal communications.
• Good understanding of branding, digital marketing and social media analytics.
• Strong content-writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong planning, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work with Business Development, Recruitment, HR and operational teams.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and activities simultaneously.

About the role

We are seeking a Manager – Marketing, Social Media & Employee Engagement to strengthen the visibility, communication and employee engagement of Business Services. The role covers marketing, digital and social media activities, internal communications, employer branding and employee engagement programs, working closely with all Business Services verticals and the Business Development team.
