Job summary

Delta Hotels and Resorts® in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Full Time, non-management Maintenance Engineer to install, maintain, and calibrate hotel tools, appliances, and equipment across the property. Schedule includes day shifts and guest-focused service is essential.

Responsibilities include assisting in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating staff, and ensuring safety, quality, and disaster-preparedness procedures. A technical degree and at least 2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair tools, appliances, and equipment.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and operate shut-off valves.
• Inspect and inventory parts; maintain logs and purchase orders.
• Assist in disaster response planning and guest repair requests.
• Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.
