Responsibilities

• Attend to guest complaints promptly.
• Perform routine hotel maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Repair carpets, wallpaper, and lay new carpets as needed.
• Conduct painting works as required.
• Follow fire safety protocols and health regulations.
• Support daily briefing and monthly meetings.
• Attend to service requests and daily assignment sheet.
