Job summary

Loro Piana in Doha is seeking a Shop Team Leader to drive the department's performance, develop a motivated sales team, and ensure outstanding customer service in a luxury setting.

The role requires strong leadership, brand-aligned coaching, and deep knowledge of luxury fashion. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; SAP Retail and MS Office experience are a plus for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury boutique environments.
• Aligned with Brand identity; detail oriented with strong coaching and leadership skills.
• Passion for Loro Piana products and Brand.
• Deep knowledge of luxury clothing and accessories.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
• Fluent English & Arabic, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reflects the Company image and drives sales within the department.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge for the team on department courses and goals.
• Maximize sales and achieve departmental targets in collaboration with Store Management.
• Share periodic sales analyses to optimize product re-orders and liaise with Store Manager.
• Lead and mentor the team to maintain a best-in-class service and selling environment.
• Oversee product rotation, visual merchandising, and stock management to support sales goals.
