InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa in Qatar is seeking a Sales Executive - Residences to drive luxury residential sales and develop opportunities with residents, corporate clients, relocation companies and partners.

You will combine a strong commercial mindset with outstanding relationship-building skills to guide clients through the sales journey with a personalized experience, while aligning with InterContinental standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales, serviced residences, or luxury corporate sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business.
• Ability to present residential solutions to clients clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for the Residences in line with the property's strategy and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new residential business opportunities and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective residents and corporate accounts.
• Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective residents and corporate clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into contracts.
• Support occupancy, rate, and revenue objectives for the Residences.
• Maintain relationships with existing residents and corporate accounts to drive retention.
