This in-person, full-time role offers access to quality leads, mentorship, and a clear growth path within a technology-enabled sales stack. Local Qatari residents preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in real estate sales with a proven track record.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Assess client needs to provide tailored luxury property recommendations.
• Property Tours: Lead high-impact presentations and viewings for exclusive off-plan developments.
• Transaction Management: Handle documentation, agreements, and compliance seamlessly from start to finish.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with high-net-worth investors.
• Market Expertise: Deliver up-to-date market insights and strategic investment advice.
• Deal Execution: Drive negotiations forward to ensure successful contract closures.
• Portfolio Expansion: Continuously source and secure premium off-plan listings.
