Minor Hotels' Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara is seeking a Pool & Beach Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the pool and beach facilities, ensuring guest service, cleanliness, and safety.

You will lead pool attendants and lifeguards, coordinate with departments, monitor water quality, safety procedures, and assist guests with sun loungers and towels.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool or beach supervision preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation.
• Ability to lead and train a team of attendants and lifeguards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool and beach operations and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Lead, train, and supervise Pool & Beach Attendants and Lifeguards.
• Monitor water quality, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Security to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist guests with sun loungers, towels, umbrellas, cabanas and related needs.
• Handle guest requests and ensure timely resolution.
