Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts at Banana Island Resort Doha is seeking a Pool & Beach Supervisor to oversee daily pool and beach operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and cleanliness. You will lead Pool & Beach Attendants and Lifeguards, maintain water quality, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and other departments to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the swimming pool and beach areas.
• Lead, motivate, train, and monitor the performance of Pool & Beach Attendants and Lifeguards.
• Ensure the pool and beach areas are clean, organized, safe, and well-presented at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool, beach, sun loungers, umbrellas, cabanas, showers, changing areas, and other facilities.
• Monitor pool water quality and ensure appropriate testing and recording are carried out according to hotel standards.
• Ensure lifeguard coverage and safety procedures are maintained during operating hours.
• Welcome guests, provide information about facilities, and assist with sun loungers, towels, and other requirements.
• Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties according to operational requirements.
