Damass Jewellery (مجوهرات داماس) in Barwa, Qatar seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing boutique. The candidate will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure premium customer service while maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Candidates should have 5–7 years in jewellery retail with 2–3 in a store management role, GCC experience, and fluency in English; Hindi or other regional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in jewellery retail, with at least 2–3 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.
• Previous experience in Tanishq or Titan stores is preferred.
• Strong exposure to gold jewellery retailing, diamonds, or traditional gold product categor(y).
• Experience in GCC or high-volume jewellery stores is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and/or other regional languages is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales target.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Maintain optimum stock levels and manage inventory accuracy.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism to drive loyalty and retention.
• Manage store performance reports, KPIs, and operational workflow.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, security procedures, and compliance standard.
• Coordinate with Head Office for marketing initiatives, promotions, and operational update.
