Job summary

ConFlip in Doha, Qatar, seeks an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations of a luxury property. You will manage staff, guest satisfaction, and profitability while reporting to the General Manager and coordinating with department heads.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, proven hotel leadership, strong English communication, knowledge of PMS, and willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as Hotel Manager or similar role in a reputable hotel.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of property management systems (PMS).
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Ability to work long hours, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Biometric passport or ability to obtain one.
• Prior experience working in Qatar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize revenue.
• Monitor expenses and control costs to maintain profitability.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate staff to ensure high productivity and service.
• Create work schedules for all departments to ensure adequate coverage.
• Oversee front desk operations and guest services.
• Ensure facilities meet quality and maintenance standards.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints and resolve issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas for cleanliness.
• Collaborate with sales to attract guests and increase occupancy.
• Participate in budget planning and forecasting activities.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local authorities.
