Job summary

Chedi Hospitality in Doha is seeking a qualified Hygiene Manager to lead food safety, hygiene and sanitation across the hotel, ensuring HACCP compliance and adherence to local health regulations. You will work with Culinary, Stewarding, Housekeeping, and other departments to monitor inspections, train colleagues, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

With at least two years in a similar role and HACCP certification, you will drive continuous improvement and uphold a strong safety

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in food science or hospitality.
• Minimum 2 years as Hygiene Manager or similar, preferably in luxury hotels.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety management.
• Familiar with local regulations and environmental health requirements.
• HACCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent hygiene auditing, training, and reporting skills.
• English proficiency in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor HACCP implementation across Food & Beverage and Culinary operations.
• Conduct regular hygiene inspections and internal audits.
• Coordinate with departments to maintain cleaning, sanitation, and pest control.
• Develop training programs for food safety and hygiene awareness.
• Maintain records, reports, and compliance with regulations.
• Address guest safety concerns related to food hygiene.
