Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 5 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 3 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations and budgeting.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest problems/complaints.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and coaching staff.
