Marsa Malaz Kempinski in Doha seeks an experienced Hotel Manager to coordinate all operative outlets, ensuring profitability, quality, and staff leadership. In the GM's absence, you will substitute and drive projects and concepts with the team.

The role demands a strong F&B background in luxury hospitality and prior experience as Director of Operations or EAM, F&B, to lead safety, budgeting, and cross-department initiatives.

Competenze

• Extensive Food & Beverage background in luxury hospitality.
• Prior experience as Director of Operations or EAM, F&B.

Mansioni

• Responsible for the optimization of sales.
• Substitute the General Manager in his absence and acquisition of representative tasks.
• Coordinate, initiate and control all operational processes with delegation and control of tasks.
• Act as link between the General Manager and Department Heads/Team Leaders.
• Ensure optimal communication between GM and Departments through meetings and briefings.
• Implement annual reviews for departments and heads, and manage promotion and development actions with GM.
