Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Doha is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to ensure the best possible guest services and to create a welcoming first impression and lasting farewell. You will report to the Guest Experience Manager and act as a visible ambassador for the hotel’s guest relations team.

Responsibilities include coordinating with departments, greeting guests, resolving issues, and maintaining excellent hospitality standards while supporting upselling opportunities and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Guest Relations Agent.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic or Russian an advantage.
• Degree in hotel and restaurant management or equivalent hospitality qualification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments to ensure the hotel delivers top guest experiences.
• Meet and greet arriving/departing guests; act as host/hostess.
• Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and departments.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and requests with hospitality and professionalism.
• Assist with smooth check-in/check-out following standards.
• Support upselling of room categories, spa, F&B and activities where appropriate.
