Four Seasons Doha is seeking a Food & Beverage Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for Restaurant Name guests. You will anticipate needs, explain menu options, and contribute to memorable guest interactions in a luxury hotel setting.

The role requires an outgoing personality, strong knowledge of food and wine, and proficiency in English; Arabic is an asset. Live-in accommodations and luxury staff amenities are part of the offering.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and can-do approach to tasks.
• Excellent guest-service orientation and communication.
• Solid knowledge of food and wine concepts.
• Reading, writing and spoken English required; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience with quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond to concerns promptly.
• Be an essential member of the Food & Beverage team delivering exceptional service.
• Clear and reset tables according to specification, neatly and quickly.
• Work on weekends, nights and holidays as required.
