The Ned Doha is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Commis 1 to join our luxury kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment where creativity, teamwork, and excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

You will prepare high-quality ingredients and dishes, support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs, maintain hygiene and food safety, and contribute to memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-volume restaurant.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality ingredients and dishes in line with culinary standards.
• Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness, delivering consistent plates.
