Job summary

Four Seasons Doha seeks a Food & Beverage Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for Restaurant Name guests in a luxury resort setting. You will serve beverages and meals, anticipate guest needs, and deliver memorable experiences with professionalism.

The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, strong knowledge of food and wine, and is comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays. English required; Arabic is a plus; experience in luxury resorts is an asset.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and can-do attitude.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine.
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel is an asset.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in Luxury Resort and Hotel is advantageous.

About the role:

The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to Restaurant Name guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests' needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What you will do:

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• The Food & Beverage Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests
• Food & Beverage Server clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification
• Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays

What you bring:

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, Arabic is an asset
• Experienced in Luxury Resort and Hotel is an advantage
