Job description

Our client is a reputable FMCG company with regional operations.

• Lead and manage end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations across all locations.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation, stock transfers, and order fulfillment to meet business and customer requirements.
• Oversee inventory management activities including stock accuracy, reconciliations, cycle counts, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO standards.
• Manage relationships and performance of 3PL providers, transporters, warehouses, and co-packers to ensure agreed service levels.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.
• Ensure effective coordination with Supply Chain, Sales, Production, Finance, Quality, and external stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team while promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, operational risks, and compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
