Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a Lobby Lounge Waiter to provide outstanding service in our Doha lobby lounge. You will be the first point of contact for guests, greet and seat them, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role emphasizes proactive guest engagement, attentive service, and collaboration with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a memorable experience. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up equipment.
