Spinnaker is seeking a Head of Chartering to lead its chartering and commercial shipping activities, optimise fleet performance and develop new business opportunities. You will report to the Commercial Manager and oversee chartering, claims, and post-fixture activities, working with fleet, legal and finance to maximise vessel utilisation and earnings.

Qualificações

8–10 years' oil/gas transport experience, incl. LNG/LPG chartering.
Strong knowledge of charter parties, contracts and commercial claims.
Proven negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships with shipowners, charterers and market participants.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute chartering strategies across owned, JV and chartered-in vessels.
Negotiate charter parties and shipping agreements; oversee performance and commercial claims.
Identify opportunities, new markets and partnerships.
Optimise fleet deployment, voyage costs and returns in collaboration with operations.
Provide market intelligence, budgets and performance reporting to support decisions.
Lead and develop the team across chartering, commercial operations and post-fixture activities.
