• Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality/quantity.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, coaching, and training of staff (non-management).
• Follow safety, hygiene, and security policies.
