Job summary

Qatar Airways seeks a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (B2) in Doha to deliver line maintenance supporting flight operations. You will apply specialized knowledge to ensure safe, reliable aircraft performance within your authority.

Responsibilities include planning activities, reviewing procedures, releasing work to standard, supervising technicians, and guiding on-the-job training to meet schedules and customer expectations. ICAO/QCAA license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of job-related experience with a High School qualification or 4 years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or Degree in aircraft engineering.
• Must hold at least 1 QR main fleet ICAO/QCAA license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute maintenance activities ensuring safety and compliance.
• Release work performed to meet standards and on-time dispatch.
• Supervise mechanics and technicians and provide on-the-job training.
• Ensure resources are used efficiently and align with schedules.
• Support internal and external customers with maintenance services.
