Job summary

Qatar Airways in Doha is seeking a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (B2) for line maintenance. You will supervise maintenance tasks, ensure safe operations, and release work after quality checks in accordance with standards.

Experience in aircraft maintenance and a current QR/ICAO license is essential. Lead a team of technicians, review procedures for efficiency, and maintain serviceability to meet schedules and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent acceptable.
• Minimum 1 full QR main fleet ICAO/QCAA license/approval.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise line maintenance tasks to ensure safety and on-time flights.
• Review procedures and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Release work only after quality checks and compliance.
• Lead a team of mechanics and technicians with clear direction.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Airways and customer standards.
