Qatar Airways is seeking a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (B1) for Line Maintenance in Doha. You will lead a team, plan and execute maintenance tasks, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and dispatch reliability standards.

Role requires a valid B1 license, 4–5 years of experience or a relevant degree with 4 years, and strong leadership skills to mentor technicians within a busy operation.

Qualifications

• Must hold minimum 1 full QR main fleet ICAO/QCAA license and approvals.
• Essential Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or vocation aircraft maintenance qualification or Degree (B. Eng., BSc) in aircraft engineering.
• Minimum 4–5 years of job-related experience or 4 years with Bachelor's degree.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of mechanics or technical assistants and ensure task objectives are met.
• Deliver aircraft maintenance activities to support flight operations and checks.
• Review work procedures, propose improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Release completed work to meet QR/customer standards and dispatch reliability.
