Job summary

Executive Connect Qatar is seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Canada. You will develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency in our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities include analyzing current production processes, designing and implementing new manufacturing methods, developing production schedules, performing time studies, optimizing facility layouts, monitoring data, collaborating across teams, and training staff

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in using CAD tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong project management skills.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement new manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
