Flyper in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will optimize production processes, design layouts for efficiency, and drive improvements across the plant to boost productivity.

You will lead lean initiatives, monitor performance, and collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations while maintaining quality and accurate production records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, systems, and equipment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and identify improvement areas.
• Develop and implement methods to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
