Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a Workshop Mechanic Supervisor for our service team. You will supervise senior mechanics, perform preventive maintenance on vehicles, troubleshoot mechanical faults, diagnose issues in engines, brakes, transmissions, steering and electrical systems, and ensure work quality.

You will manage parts supply, prepare repair estimates, explain procedures and timelines to clients, and coordinate with technicians to complete work efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Locally available
• With NOC
• Facilities Administration experience preferable

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles
• Troubleshooting mechanical troubles in automobiles, devices, or machinery
• Diagnosing issues in engines, transmissions, brakes, steering and electrical systems
• Maintaining supply of components and supplies needed to carry out repair work
• Executing small repair services, such as replacing brake pads, oil changes, tire rotations, replacing filters
• Setting up brand-new parts into cars as needed
• Doing diagnostics examinations on digital systems such as ECUs to recognize issues
• Producing estimates of repair prices based on examination outcomes and client consultation
• Communicating with customers to describe fixing procedures and estimated time for completion of work
• Skillful in Technician Repair Works
• Experienced in Electrical Services
• Experienced in Diesel and Fuel Motors
