Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor/Manager to plan and oversee maintenance activities in a steel manufacturing environment. The role requires coordinating with plant teams to ensure preventive maintenance, safety, and timely repair work while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Ideal candidates will have a design degree or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering, at least five years of supervisory maintenance experience, preferably in GCC facilities.

Qualifications

• Design Degree/Diploma in Electric or Mechanical.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in Steel Manufacture Firm.
• GCC experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance timetables in accordance with the company's maintenance objectives and monitoring conformity.
• Supervise and lead all maintenance procedures and operations.
• Coordinate with other plant teams to ensure preventive maintenance and new tool installation.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment, pipes, electrical and building upkeep.
• Supervise technicians and keep upkeep logs and ISO conformity.
