Job summary

Tanqeeb in Qatar seeks a Training Instructor Supervisor Armaments to oversee and deliver both theoretical and practical Typhoon Type training. The role includes supervision of instructors, allocation of courses, and assessment of trainee performance at the Qatar Typhoon Training Facility (QTTF).

Mentored training within operational environments is also included. You will lead curriculum delivery, ensure staffing, maintain safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across training

Qualifications

Possess a Training Qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g. Level 3 Award in Education & Training).
Minimum NVQ3/ONC level in a relevant aircraft maintenance discipline or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising and delivering aircraft Type training.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks affecting training systems and activities.
Self-sufficient in all common aspects of Training and mentoring activities.

Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance technician training area and mentor Training Instructors.
Coordinate and deliver allocated Type training courses in line with the syllabus and TMIS.
Supervise examination marking and trainee progress reporting.
Ensure safe training practices and PPE usage and conduct pre-use equipment checks.
Maintain training documentation and support continuous improvement to materials and processes.
