Job summary

BSL in Qatar is seeking an experienced mechanical technician and supervisor to undertake detailed maintenance on the Typhoon aircraft and its components. You will supervise team members, follow approved technical data, and ensure regulatory compliance within the organisation's framework.

The role requires fault analysis, diagnostics, and guidance to junior staff in a dynamic environment, with responsibilities spanning maintenance planning, inspections, and task authorisations to maintain

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance on aircraft or components.
• Ability to supervise maintenance personnel and ensure compliance.
• Strong fault diagnosis and problem-solving in aviation environment.
• Knowledge of aviation safety standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with using approved technical data and work packages.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and supervise detailed maintenance on the Typhoon aircraft and components.
• Ensure work completed per work packages and approved technical information.
• Resolve faults and manage maintenance issues including configurations.
• Lead and develop team, provide guidance and training as needed.
• Maintain competency through logs, training, and authorisations.
