Job summary

Bin Abad Trading and Contracting in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee daily construction operations on our on-site projects. The role requires strong leadership, coordination with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will read and interpret drawings, manage materials and site records, and enforce HSE standards. Arabic fluency is required; basic English is acceptable.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in construction with 2–3 years as a foreman.
• Experience in Qatar or GCC projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Arabic fluency; basic English required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor site safety and enforce HSE regulations.
• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.
• Report progress, delays, and issues to management.
• Ensure quality control and proper workmanship.
• Maintain site records and daily reports.
