Job summary

Abroad Work is seeking a Construction Manager in Al-Rayyan, Qatar to oversee multiple construction projects. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and supervising all phases, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. The candidate should have 5+ years of Middle East experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East.
• Proven track record of completing construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all construction project phases from start to finish.
• Manage budgets and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Oversee schedules and ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and address issues that may arise.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Provide leadership to project team and motivate them to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality.
